Yesterday

Went to the Drive In, saw Dark Knight…again. I saw it at IMAX on Friday as well. Yes, it’s a good movie, but I would rather talk about the sign as you enter. The sign with specific instructions, to BE NICE.

And so far as i could tell, everyone was…

You saw “The Dark Knight” twice in two days? NERD!!!!

Along with being nice, the sign also points out that pets must remain on a leash. Excellent suggestion for people who just have to bring Sparky to the MOVIES WITH THEM!

    Ahhh, ghetto drive-ins…

I love movies at the drive-in! I have one just down the street that I try to go to pretty often. They don’t tell people to be nice but they do tell you not to cook and to keep Fido on the leash.

tg, I saw the Simpsons Movie twice in the same day last year (Opening day, no less). That’s even more nerdy. 🙂

“BE NICE” is kind of like that “An Educative & Fun Toy” instructions on the back of the Space Needle package. Speaking of which, what does it look like now?

  4. dohopoki says:

Who takes their ocelot to a drive-in?

  5. JoshC says:

I’m starting to hate summer and all you jerks.
You know I don’t have a drive-in, why do you tempt me so!

  6. kittymao says:

Well, Josh, you’re just gonna HAVE TO COEM TO AMERICA.
You can visit Kristiane- I know she lives close to THAT border… 😛

  7. Billy says:

Ha ha! I can see you reading that sign, ‘be nice’.

“ooooookay, if I have to be.”

  8. essaytch says:

Well, hopefully people are following the “Be Nice” rule ’cause you KNOW they aren’t abiding by the “No Alcohol” rule. At least, that’s how I rock it when I go to a drive in…or, you know, a regular movie theatre.

  9. Amy says:

i would be screwed by that “Cash Only” rule myself.

  10. kristiane says:

Amy- yes. We had to go and find an ATM before we could get in, seriously, who does not take debit cards these days?
